(1) Quick-Drop ValvesQuick-drop valves (1) allow the blade to drop to the ground by allowing the head end oil and the rod end oil of the lift cylinders to mix. Also, the valves minimize the pause time after the blade hits the ground and before the blade exerts full down pressure. Hydraulic tank (10) is an oil reservoir for the entire hydraulic system. Three filters (26) , (27) and (34) in the hydraulic tank will prevent debris in the oil that returns from the implement control valves and the two fan circuits from damaging hydraulic system components. The hydraulic tank contains the following:

25 micron case drain filter (34) The 15 micron pilot oil filter (29) is located on the front of the tank. Pressurized pilot oil enters hose (32) on the filter base from the pressure reducing manifold. A pilot oil sampling port (31) is provided for an oil sample before the pilot oil is filtered. Pressurized pilot oil exits hose (28) on the filter base after being filtered. The oil enters the electro-hydraulic hydraulic pilot manifold. The filter base contains a filter bypass valve, but no filter bypass switch.ECM for the Hydraulic System

ECM for the hydraulic system (37) receives input signals from various switches, sensors, and implement controls in the hydraulic system.
