Information:
the vehicle speed exceeds the value of the "Vehicle Overspeed Threshold" parameter, the Engine Control Module (ECM) takes the following actions:
A "84-0 Wheel-Based Vehicle Speed : High - Most Severe (3)" code is activated and logged.
The injector solenoids are disabled.Customer passwords are required to clear the logged code.The ECM will enable the injector solenoids when the vehicle speed is below the value of the "Vehicle Overspeed Threshold" parameter.If the speedometer indicates a speed that is below the value of the "Vehicle Overspeed Threshold" parameter and this code occurs, the vehicle speed calibration may be incorrect. Refer to Troubleshooting, "Vehicle Speed - Calibrate".
