Assembly Procedure
Assemble relief valves (4) in the following manner:

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install backup ring (22) and O-ring seal (21) onto screw (20).
Install screw (20) into body (23). Tighten nut (24) to a torque of 69 7 N m (51 5 lb ft).
Install backup ring (19) and O-ring seal (18).
Install backup ring (17), O-ring seal (16), and backup ring (15).
Install backup ring (14), O-ring seal (13), and backup ring (12).

Install spool (8), washer (9), and spring (10).

Install cover (4) and bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 79 8 N m (58 6 lb ft). Repeat for the remaining cover.
Install relief valves (7). Tighten relief valves (7) to a torque of 270 27 N m (200 20 lb ft).
Install the orifice and plug (6). Repeat for the opposite side.
Install plugs (5) and (2). Tighten plugs (2) to a torque of 32 3 N m (24 2 lb ft).
Install the valves, the springs, and plugs (1).End By:
Install the counterbalance valve.
