Check the static inspection torque of all rotator head bolts (2) in outer ring (1). Only a few of the bolts will be accessible at a time. Use appropriate tooling in order to apply the torque that is specified in table 1.Note: The shear can be rotated manually in order to replace all of the rotator head bolts (2). Use a sufficiently long lever in order to rotate the shear.

Remove bolts (5) and washers (4). Remove cover plate (3) .
