Install three bungs (10) .
Apply Tooling (F) to the inside diameter and the outside diameter of the collet.

Install collet (9) .
Repeat Step 5 through Step 8 for the collet on the other side.

Apply Tooling (F) to the threads of bolt (8).
Install bolt (8) and the washer.Note: The collet on one side must not extend farther than the other when the bolt is tight.
Tighten bolt (8) to a torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). After the bolt is tight, hit the collet on each side with a heavy hammer until the torque on the bolt is less than 475 N m (350 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (8) again to torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft). Hit each collet again until the torque for the bolt is less than 675 N m (500 lb ft).
Tighten bolt (8) to a final torque of 870 110 N m (640 80 lb ft).Note: At the end of 50 service hours, repeat Step 12 through Step 14.

Connect two hose assemblies (7) to the lift cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to the lift cylinder. The weight of the lift cylinder is approximately 150 kg (330 lb).
Apply Tooling (E) to the bore of the lift arms.
Start the engine. Extend the lift cylinder. Align the bores the lift cylinder with the bore in the lift arms. Stop the engine.
Install pin (6) .

Install three caps (12) .

Apply Tooling (F) to the inside diameter and the outside diameter of the collet.

Install collet (4) .
Repeat Step 20 through Step 23 for the collet on the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to fender (2). The weight of fender (2) is approximately 73 kg (160 lb).
Install fender (2). Install the eight bolts that hold fender (2) .

Position the chain and install bolt (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
Lubricate the lift cylinder bearings. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual,
