Removal Procedure
Start By:
Release the system hydraulic pressure.
Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove cover assembly (1).

Remove bolts (4) in order to disconnect tube assemblies (5) from check valve (3).
Remove bolts (2) and check valve (3).

Remove adapter (7) and O-ring seal (6). Remove valve assembly (9) and O-ring seal (8).
Remove valve assembly (10) and O-ring seal (11). Installation Procedure
Install check valve (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 80 8 N m (60 6 lb ft).
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7 lb ft).
