Probable Causes
The Nozzle is worn or improperly rebuilt.
The wrong receiver is installed.
The flow rate is too high.
The screen for the vent is blocked.
Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.Turn the disconnect switch OFF when draining and/or removing any fuel system components.

Rebuild the nozzle or replace the nozzle.The Wrong Receiver Is Installed
The force of the plunger spring in the receiver determines the pressure that shuts off the nozzle. Make sure that the receiver is the correct part number for the model.The Flow Rate Is Too High
The Shaw Aero system works with most properly working fuel nozzles in order to produce 378.50 L/min (100 US gpm) of flow. The restriction of the Shaw Aero system or the nozzle will cause the nozzle to disengage at excessive flow rates.The Screen For The Vent Is Blocked
Clear the screen for the vent of any blockage. If a hose is installed in order to route fumes from the fuel away from the cab, make sure that the hose is not collapsed.
