Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Refer to Image1.1.1 for the motor group and drain line location overview.

1. Assemble hose assembly A. Refer to Image1.2.1.

2. Replace the existing 390-1088 Motor Group with new a new 511-0317 Piston Motor Group. Refer to RENR9574, Disassembly and Assembly, "Travel Motor - Remove" and "Travel Motor - Install". When the installing new motor, replace seal, bolt, and washer with new 1T-0132 O-Ring Seal, four 504-9481 Bolts, and four 451-2176 Washers. Refer to Image1.3.1. This replacement must be on both sides of the motor group.

3. Replace the existing drain hose with hose assembly A which was assembled in Step 1. Refer to Image1.1.1 to for the location of the drain hose.
4. Replace the existing O-rings seals with a new one. Refer to Images1.4.1 and Images1.4.2 for the part number, tightening specification, and angle.
Be careful on the direction of the valve. the name plate on the valve must be visible.

5. Tie the hoses with six new 7K-1181 Cable Straps. Refer to Image1.5.1.
