If leakage between head and barrel is noticed, measure the vertical and horizontal bore diameter of the barrel from head end up to +/-20 cm deep. The nominal bore dimension is 200.0+/-0.1mm (7.874 +/- 0.004 inch). If ovalization exceeds this specification, change the cylinder assembly with a new 342-2073 Stick Cylinder Assembly in order to avoid any further leakage. Change the 11 bolts at the head with new 112-1531 Bolts that are made from a higher grade material. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 900+/-100 Nm. Refer to your Disassembly and Assembly Manual (RENR1970 for 365BL and 365BL Series II or RENR8616 for 365CL) Stick Cylinder - Remove / Disassemble / Assemble / Install for procedures.
