All bores must be free of paint. Use 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to coat all bores for the pins, the bushings, the bucket, and the cylinder pin bores. After you assemble the bushings coat all the bores and the bushings with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.    
1     1     7Y-2498 Shim     Use the following shim thickness of
1.60 mm (0.063 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of
0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
2     1     133-2425 Shim     Use the following shim thickness of
0.50 mm (0.020 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of
0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
3     1     7Y-2496 Shim     Use the following shim thickness of
1.60 mm (0.063 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of
0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
4     1     093-0118 Shim     As required, use the shim thickness of
2.00 mm (0.079 inch).    
5     1     133-2424 Shim     Use the following shim thickness of
0.50 mm (0.020 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of
0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
6     1     093-0086 Shim     As required, use the shim thickness of
1.00 mm (0.039 inch).    
7     6     8T-4956 Bolt     Torque to
100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).    
8     1     172-5859 Pin As     Diameter is
79.950 0.025 mm (3.1476 0.0010 inch).    
9     1     194-9398 Pin     Diameter is
89.740 0.015 mm (3.5331 0.0006 inch).    
10     3     8T-4780 Bolt     Torque to
325 40 N m (240 30 lb ft).    
11     1     224-2557 Pin As     Diameter is
69.850 0.025 mm (2.7500 0.0010 inch).    
12     1     093-0084 Shim     Use the following shim thickness of
1.00 mm (0.039 inch) in order to adjust the lateral clearance between minimum of
0.5 mm (0.02 inch) to the maximum of
0.8 mm (0.03 inch) on each end of the pin. Shims may be required at each cylinder face according to the particular axial cylinder alignment.    
13     As required, use the following shims:    
1 133-2426 Shim     Thickness is
0.50 mm (0.020 inch).    
1 093-0116 Shim     Thickness is
2.00 mm (0.079 inch).    
14     2     111-7605 Bushing     Bore before assembly is
60.18 0.02 mm (2.369 0.001 inch).
Installation depth is
7.5 0.5 mm (0.30 0.02 inch).    
15     2     093-1433 Lip Type Seal     Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
