Remove accessory drive (front).
Remove fuel pump (high pressure).
Remove water pump.
Remove vibration damper.
Remove engine oil pump.

Remove bolts (1).

Install Tooling (A) and remove remaining bolts (1).

Slide engine trunnion (2) outward and install a suitable lifting device to engine trunnion (2). Remove engine trunnion (2). The weight of engine trunnion (2) is approximately 52 kg (115 lb).

Remove elbow (5).
Remove bolts (3), bolts (7), cover (4), and cover (6).

Remove bolts (10) and bolts (11).
Use Tooling (B) to remove idler shaft (8), idler shaft (9), and the O-ring seals.
