Remove the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Remove".

Remove breaker relief valve (1) from the hydraulic tank.

Remove two lock nuts (2) and drain assembly (3) from the hydraulic tank.

Remove 36 bolts (7) .
Remove cover (6) and the gasket from tank assembly (4) .
Remove filler cap (5) .

Remove two locking bolts (8) and sight glass assembly (9) from cover (6) .

Remove two O-ring seals (10) from retainer (13) .
Remove glass (11) and grommet (12) as an assembly.
Remove glass (11) from grommet (12) .
Remove plate (14) .

Remove four locking bolts (16) and sight glass assembly (15) from tank assembly (4) .

Remove four O-ring seals (21) from retainer (20) .
Remove grommet (17) and glass (18) as an assembly from retainer (20) .
Remove glass (18) from grommet (17) .
Remove plate (19) from retainer (20) .

Remove two bolts (22), tube assembly (23) and the gasket from tank assembly (4) .

Remove four bolts (26) and tube assembly (34) .
Remove the O-ring seal from tube assembly (34) .
Remove six bolts (24) and cover (25) .
Remove O-ring seal (27) from cover (25) .
Remove screen assembly (29) .
Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Depress valve seat (31) by hand and use Tooling (A) (not shown) to remove retaining ring (30) .
Remove valve seat (31), valve (28), spring (32) and spring (33) .
