Family Of EnginesReference: Special Instruction, SMHS7935, "Use Of 6V4805 Valve Seat Insert Puller Group".The 6V4805 Valve Seat Extractor Tool Group can be used to remove the valve seat inserts on both 3500 Spark Ignited Engines and 3500 Diesel Engines. The largest diameter on the 6V4193 Extractor (part of the valve seat extractor tool group) will fit the valve seat inserts in the spark ignited cylinder heads. The largest diameter on the 6V4194 Extractor (part of the valve seat extractor tool group) will fit the valve seat inserts in the diesel cylinder head.
The 6V4194 Extractor may require hand force to compress the extractor in order to install and remove the extractor from the insert.
