Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the auger conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auger Conveyor - Remove".

Move the hoppers to the raised position and install chain (1) .

Remove two bolts (2) and plate (3) .

Remove the nine bolts and remove two side troughs (4). Remove the eight bolts and four center troughs (5). Remove two bolts from each side and remove shims (6) and guard (7) .

Remove cotter pin (8) and bar (9). Turn two adjusting nuts (10) in order to relieve the tension on the chain assembly.

Remove two cotter pins (11), side plate (12), and master link (13) .Note: Repeat step 5in order to remove the master link on the other side of the drag conveyor.
Attach a suitable rope to the bottom portion of the drag conveyor and pull the bottom portion of the drag conveyor to the rear of the machine.

Attach lifting straps and a suitable hoist to drag conveyor (15). Remove the drag conveyor from the machine. The weight of the drag conveyor is 240 kg (529 lb).
Repeat steps 1 through 7for the other drag conveyor.Installation Procedure

Install drag conveyor (14) on the machine.
Attach a suitable rope to the bottom portion of drag conveyor (14) and pull the bottom portion of the drag conveyor to the front of the machine. Remove the lifting straps.

Note: During the installation of two cotter pins (11), bend the bottom of the pins toward the front of the machine.
Install master link (13), side plate (12) and two cotter pins (11) .Note: Repeat step 2in order to install the master link on the other side of the drag conveyor.

Tighten two drag conveyor adjusting nuts (10). Refer to Testing and Adjusting, KENR3535 in order to adjust the tension on the drag conveyor.
Install bar (9) and cotter pin (8) .

Install guard (7), shims (6), and two bolts on each side.
Install center trough (5) and side trough (4) .

Install plate (3) and two bolts (2) .Note: Repeat steps 1 through 8 for the other drag conveyor.

Remove chain (1) and move the hoppers to the open position.End By: Install the auger conveyor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Auger Conveyor - Install".
