1. Drain the cooling system.2. Remove both hood sections and hood support. 3. Remove bypass line (1).4. Remove water inlet elbow (2) and oil cooler line (3).5. Remove the engine side covers.6. Remove fan guards (4) and fan.7. Disconnect light wires (5) from the right rear light. Put identification on wire for installation purpose.8. Remove two clips that hold light wires to radiator guard.9. Remove water temperature regulator inlet line (6). 10. Remove the two bolts that hold primary filter bracket (7) to radiator guard. 11. Disconnect oil line (8) from bottom of hydraulic oil cooler. 12. Disconnect the water outlet elbow (9) from bottom of radiator.13. Remove the hold down support and batteries.14. Install tooling (A) and fasten a hoist.15. Remove bolts (10) that hold the radiator guard to frame. Holes in the side of the battery boxes give access to these bolts. Remove the radiator and guard as a unit. Weight is approximately 1300 lb. (589.7 kg).Install Radiator, Hydraulic Oil Cooler And Guard As A Unit
1. Fasten a hoist to tooling (A) and put the radiator and guard in position in machine.2. Install the bolts that hold the guard to frame.3. Install the batteries and hold down supports.4. Connect oil lines to hydraulic oil cooler.5. Connect the water outlet elbow to bottom of radiator.6. Install the two bolts that hold the primary filter to radiator guard. 7. Connect light wires (1) to rear light and install clips on guard. 8. Install fan and fan guards (4).9. Install water inlet elbow (2) and bypass line (3).10. Install the inlet line for water temperature regulators.11. Install hood support and both hood sections.12. Fill cooling system to the correct level.
