Removal Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Remove door assembly (1) .

Loosen clamp (2) and disconnect the hose. Remove bolts (3) .

Disconnect hose (6). Disconnect harness assembly (5). Remove bolts (4) and air cleaner (7) .Installation Procedure

Position air cleaner (7) and install bolts (4). Connect hose (6). Connect harness assembly (5) .

Connect the hose and tighten clamp (2) to a torque of 5 .5 N m (44 4 lb in). install bolt (3) .

Install door assembly (1) .
