Remove O-ring seal (2) from bogie axle (1) .

Position bogie axle (1) onto a suitable press. Use the suitable press and Tooling (A) in order to remove sleeve (3) (not shown).
Remove bearing (4) (not shown).

Use Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) in order to remove bearing cup (5) .

Remove seal (6) .

Turn bogie axle (1) onto the opposite side. Use Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) in order to remove bearing cup (7) (not shown).

Position sleeve (3) onto a suitable press. Use the suitable press, Tooling (A) , and Tooling (D) in order to remove bearing (8) from sleeve (3) .

Remove housing (10) and seal assembly (9) from sleeve (3) .
