Do not use dropping force for digging
Do not use dropping force of the telescopic stick for digging. This could cause structural damage to the machine and attachments.Avoid operation that could cause excessive swing and/or pushing forces
Avoid any machine or implement operation that could cause excessive swing and/or pushing forces. Sudden swing with telescopic stick fully extended or excessive pushing force of stick cylinder with the clamshell bucket against a side wall could cause structural damage to the machine and attachments.Do not use excessive down pressure with telescopic stick not perpendicular to the ground
Do not use excessive down pressure of boom and telescopic stick for digging, with the telescopic stick positioned not perpendicular to the ground. This could cause damage to telescopic stick tube.Use extra care to operate stick control lever when clamshell bucket is removed
This machine is designed so as to maintain the maximum stability with a clamshell bucket installed. If no clamshell bucket is installed, operate the stick control lever carefully and slowly to prevent excessive force from exerting on the telescopic stick mounting bracket. For protection of telescopic stick, the rated hydraulic output for the stick cylinder is set at a lower level than that of the standard machine. This is why, in some cases, stick cylinder may not move in a smooth motion when no clamshell bucket is installed.
