Install the large O-ring seal on the torque divider housing.

Install Tooling (A) on the torque divider.
Position the torque divider under the machine.
Position a suitable lifting device over the torque divider. Attach the lifting device to the rear link bracket of Tooling (A). Attach Tooling (B) to the front link bracket of Tooling (A) .
Use the lifting device in order to position the torque divider in the machine. The torque divider weighs approximately 145 kg (320 lb). Use Tooling (B) in order to align the torque divider with the flywheel housing.
Use Tooling (C) in the flywheel housing in order to align the torque divider on the spline.

Connect torque divider (6) to the flywheel housing. Install bolts (7) that fasten torque divider (6) to the flywheel housing. Remove Tooling (B) .

Install two O-ring seals on sleeve (5). Install sleeve (5) .
Install the O-ring seal on elbow (4). Install elbow (4) on the bottom of the flywheel housing.
Connect hose assembly (1) .
Install two O-ring seals and the connector in the torque divider housing. Install the O-ring seal and connect hose assembly (2) .
Install the O-ring seal on hose assembly (3). Connect hose assembly (3) to the torque divider. Tighten the flange bolts on hose assembly (3) .

Install the main drive shaft. See the procedure in Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install" in this module.
Install the torque converter outlet relief valve. See the procedure in Disassembly and Assembly, "Torque Converter Outlet Relief Valve - Install" in this module.
