Install guide (55), spring (56), valve (57), and seal (58) to body (59) .
Install O-ring seal (60) to plug (61). Install plug (61) to body (59) .

Position plug assembly (54) to tank assembly (1) and install new nuts (53). Position manifold (51) to tank assembly (1) and install bolts (52) .

Install plate (50), sight glass (49), and grommet (48) to plate (47) .
Position plate (47) to tank assembly (1) and install new nuts (46) .
Perform the following steps in order to assemble housing assembly (29) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Position tube (44) and seal (39) to housing assembly (29). Install new bolts (45) .
Install valve (38), spring (43), tube assembly (42), flange (41), and new bolts (40) to housing assembly (29) .

Install hose (35) to housing assembly (29). Position bracket (37) to housing assembly (29). Install nuts (36). Position bracket (34) to housing assembly (29). Install new bolts (33) .

Position housing assembly (29) to tank assembly (1). Install nuts (31). Connect hose (32) to tank assembly (1) and tighten clamps (30) .

Position screen (27) to tank assembly (1). Install new bolts (28) .

Apply Tooling (A) to the mating surface of cover (25) and position cover (25) to tank assembly (1). Install new bolts (24). Install brackets (26). Install strainer (23) and ring (22) to tank assembly (1) .
Perform the following procedure in order to assemble filter base (6) .

Install stud (14), O-ring seal (15), filter (16), and retainer (17) to cover assembly (11). Install O-ring seal (18) to retainer (17). Install washer (19), washer (20), and new nut (21) to stud (14). Tighten nut (21) to a torque of 20 2 N m (177 17 lb in).

Position cover assembly (11) to filter base (6). Install new nuts (9). Install plug (12) to cover assembly (11) .
Install O-ring seal (13) (not shown) to tube assembly (10) .

Position filter base (6) to tank assembly (1). Install new nuts (5). Install cap assembly (3) and valve (2) to tank assembly (1). Tighten valve (2) to a torque of 80 4 N m (59 3 lb ft).
Install fitting assembly (8), sensor assembly (7), and harness assembly (4) to tank assembly (1) .End By: Install the hydraulic tank.
