Disconnect hand rail (1) .

Disconnect harness assembles (3). Repostion harness assembly (2) .
Repeat Step 2 for the other side.

Disconnect hose assemblies (4) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the ROPS (5). The weight of the ROPS (5) is approximately 430 kg (950 lb).

Remove bolts (6) and (7) .
Repeat Step 6 for the other side.
Disconnect hose (8) .

Remove ROPS (5) .Installation Procedure
Install ROPS (5) in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 1600 200 N m (1180 148 lb ft).
