Start By:a. Remove valve covers1. Remove valve cover bases 2. Remove fuel lines (1). Put covers on all fuel line openings for protection. 3. Remove nut (3) that holds the valve in the adapter.4. Remove fuel injection valve (2) from the adapter. 5. Remove nozzle (4) from valve body (5).6. To install, install nozzle (4) on valve body (5). Tighten nozzle finger tight only.7. Install fuel injection valve (2) in the adapter. Install the nut that holds the valve in the adapter. Tighten the nut to 75 7 N m (55 5 lb ft).8. Remove protection covers from the fuel lines. Install the fuel lines. Use tool (A) to tighten the fuel line nuts to 40 7 N m (30 5 lb ft).
Do not cause damage to the O-ring seals on the inner fuel lines.
