GASKET KIT 1315295 - Caterpillar

Connect harness (15) to the four bank solenoid valve. Install clip (4), with bolt (13), and washer (10). Secure harness (15) to the clip with cable straps (2). Refer to Illustration 25.

Engine Room
Route the section of harness (15) that has the "235 BK" ground wire, and the two connectors through the right side frame rail and into the engine compartment. Attach the two connectors to the chassis harness. Route the ground wire through the left side frame rail and attach the wire to the frame. Secure the harness with cable straps (2). Refer to Illustration 26.

Main Frame Right Side
Route the long section of harness (15) along the frame rail to the base of the boom. Secure the harness with cable straps (1) .

Boom Foot Right Side
Route harness (15) through the frame at the right side of the boom foot. Connect harness (7) to harness (15). Secure harness (7) to the frame with clip (3), bolt (11), washer (10). Refer to Illustration 28.

Boom Foot Left Side
Connect harness (6) to harness (15). Secure harness (6) to the frame with clip (3), bolt (11), washer (10). Secure harness (6) to the left side of the boom foot with clip (9), bolt (11), and washer (10). Use cable straps (1) and (2) to secure the harness. Refer to Illustration 29.

Valve Right Side
Secure harness (7) to the frame with bracket (5), bolt (13), and washer (10). Connect harness (7) to the "Relief 2 Solenoid". Refer to Illustration 30.

Valve Left Side
Install sheet (8) onto the valve. Use bolts (12), and washers (14). Refer to Illustration 31.
Secure harness (6) to the frame with bracket (5), bolt (13), and washer (10). Connect harness (6) to the "Relief 1 Solenoid" and the "Squeeze pressure sensor". Refer to Illustration 31. 247-7410 Film Gp
