2. Disconnect oil cooler lines (1) for power control box.3. Remove two clamps (2) from radiator.4. Remove three bolts (3) from water outlet line for radiator.5. Remove rear guard from radiator. 6. Remove one bolt (4) from each side of radiator. 7. Disconnect overflow tube (6) and water inlet line (8).8. Remove seven bolts (7) that hold radiator guard to radiator.9. Remove two bolts (5) from each side of radiator. 10. Install two 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolts in top of radiator. Fasten a hoist to radiator and remove it from the machine. Weight of radiator is 450 lb. (204 kg).Install Radiator
1. Put the radiator in place on the machine and install bolts (1).2. Connect the overflow tube (2) and water inlet line (4) to the radiator.3. Install seven bolts (3) that hold radiator guard to radiator.4. Install two bolts, one on each side of radiator on the inside of radiator guard and install rear guard of radiator. 5. Install the three bolts (7) in the water outline for the radiator.6. Install the two clamps (6) and connect the oil cooler lines (5) for power control box.7. Fill cooling system with coolant to correct level. Check oil level in power control box and add as needed.
