Installation Procedure
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Fasten two lifting straps and a hoist to the left swing motor. Lift the rear swing motor into position. Install bolts (9) to the base of the rear swing motor.

Connect two hose assemblies (7) on the solenoid valve. Connect electrical connector (8).

Connect two hose assemblies (6) to the bottom of the rear control valve. Connect two hose assemblies (5) to the front of the rear control valve. Connect two hose assemblies (2) to the top of the control valve. Connect three hose assemblies (4) to the top of the rear swing motor. Connect electrical connections (3).

Connect hydraulic hoses (1).
