Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the throttle valve (intake air) from the inlet manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Throttle Valve (Intake Air) - Remove" for the correct procedure.
Remove the exhaust gas recirculation valve from the inlet manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
