Remove the alternator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator - Remove and Install".
Remove the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
Remove the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".

Remove bolts (1) and remove fan pulley (2) .
Remove two bolts (3) that secure support assembly (4) to fan drive assembly (6).
Remove bolts (5) and remove fan drive assembly (6) .Installation Procedure

Position fan drive assembly (6) and install bolts (5) .
Install two bolts (3) that secure support assembly (4) to the fan drive assembly.
Position fan pulley (2) and install bolts (1) .End By:
