Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contamination of the hydraulic system with foreign material will reduce the service life of the hydraulic system components.To prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system, always plug or cap the lines, fittings, or hoses as they are disconnected. Cover any disassembled components and clean them properly before assembly.Clean the hydraulic system properly after any major component exchange or especially after a component failure, to remove any contamination.

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position main control valve (27) in the machine. The weight of the main control valve is approximately 208 kg (460 lb).
Install bolts (28) into main control valve (27).

Connect hose assemblies (26).

Connect tube assembly (24) and (25).

Position bracket (23).
Install bolts (22).

Connect harness assembly (19).
Position bracket (17) and install bolt (18).

Connect hose assemblies (16).

Install bolts 12.
Connect hose assemblies (11), (13), and (14).

This view is from the top of the main control valve.
Connect all of the hose assemblies and all of the tube assemblies on the top of the main control valve to the original locations that were noted during the removal procedure.

Connect hose assemblies (6), (7), (8), (9), and (10) to the original locations that were noted during the removal procedure.

Install cover (1).
Fill the hydraulic oil tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is approximately 145 L (38 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)".
