Event Resetting
There are three ways to reset events.
One method is to reset the individual active events by navigating to the desired event in the event log. However, this method applies only to the EMCP 4 generator set control (GSC) units.
The second method is to reset all active events in the event log for that module by navigating to one of the active events in that event log. However, this method applies to all modules other than the EMCP 4.
The third method is an approach that resets all active events for all modules. The control must be placed in stop in order to reset active shutdown events.Resetting Individual Active Events
To reset individual events of the EMCP 4, start by navigating to the event log:
Press the stop key.

Present events are listed first, followed by active events, and finally the inactive events. Within each status, the events are listed with the most recent first.

The process involves resetting all of the active events of the module by navigating to one of the active events in the event log. This method does not apply to the EMCP 4 generator set control log. With any method, the control must be in stop mode. A key difference between the EMCP 4 and all other modules is that the other modules do not display a "PRESENT" status for events.Events are shown as "ACTIVE " if currently affecting the system, or as "INACTIVE" if the event is not affecting the system. To reset all of the active events on any individual module except the EMCP 4, which is listed as "GENSET CONTROL" in the event log, start by navigating to the event log.
