Install coupling (20) on gear assembly (17).

Use Tooling (E) to install snap ring (19) on gear assembly (17).

Raise the temperature of bearing (18). Install bearing (18) on gear assembly (17). Repeat this step for the bearing on the opposite side of the gear assembly.

Apply Tooling (J) to the edges of outer cover (46) as shown.

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to cover (16). The weight of cover (16) is approximately 250 kg (550 lb). Install cover (16).

Install bolts (15). Tighten bolts (15) to a torque of 290 N m (214 lb ft).

Install adaptor (14) and ring (13).

Install hub assembly (12).Note: The face of the hub assembly and the face of the shaft should be flush after installation.

Install six socket head screws (11). Evenly tighten socket head screws (11) crosswise in three steps until the final torque is achieved. Tighten socket head screws (11) to a torque of 42 2 N m (31 1 lb ft). Then, tighten socket head screws (11) to a torque of 62 3 N m (46 2 lb ft). Then, tighten socket head screws (11) to a torque of 104 5 N m (77 4 lb ft).Note: Check the tightening torque of the socket head screws one after the other.

Position bracket assembly (10) and install four bolts (9).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to pump drive (8). Rotate pump drive (8) to the opposite side. Position pump drive (8) on suitable cribbing. The weight of pump drive (8) is approximately 840 kg (1850 lb).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tooth ring group (7). Install tooth ring group (7).

Install six bolts (6). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of 50 N m (37 lb ft).Note: The face of the shaft and the face of the flange should be flush after installation.

Position lubrication gear pump (4) and install four bolts (3).
Connect tube assembly (5).
Position the tee fitting. Connect tube assemblies (1) and (2).End By:
