Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Position the bucket flat on the ground.

Fasten a hoist and a suitable device to bucket tilt link (3) in order to prevent the bucket tilt link from falling when the pin assembly is removed.
Remove bolt (2), the washer, and the spacer.

Use Tooling (A) to remove pin assembly (1) that connects bucket tilt link (3) to the bucket.

Remove bolt (4), the washer, and the spacer.

Note: Pin assembly (5) may be turned in order to provide a better surface for pushing when Tooling (B) is used to remove pin assembly (5), as shown.
Use Tooling (B) to remove pin assembly (5) that connects bucket tilt link (3) to the tilt lever.
Remove bucket tilt link (3). The weight of the bucket tilt link is approximately 33 kg (73 lb).
Remove the lip seals and the bearings from bucket tilt link (3). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove".
