1 1 8C-5177 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the O-ring seal lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
2 4 7X-2563 Bolt Torque to 250 40 N m (184 30 lb ft).

3 2 9W-4477 Track Idler Cap Gp Use the following procedure to tighten the bolt of track idler cap group:
1. Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper anti-seize compound to the threads.
2. Tighten the bolt on the abutment side of the track idler cap assembly first. Then, tighten the other side of the bolt in the track idler cap assembly .
3. Tighten the bolt (4) to 1600 200 N m (1180 148 lb ft).
