Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom (18). Install boom (18) into position. The weight of boom (18) is approximately 1633 kg (3600 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pin assembly (25). Install pin assembly (25) through the frame and through boom (18). Install bolt (24). The weight of pin assembly (25) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (22). Raise boom cylinder (22) in order to align with boom (18). Move pin (21) through the rod end of boom cylinder (22).
Connect grease line (23) .
Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.
Install plate (20) and bolts (19) to each side of pin (21) .

Connect harness assembly (17). Connect fitting (16) onto bracket (15) .Note: Harness assembly (17) in inside of hose assembly (2).

Install three fan blades (14). Install shroud (13). Install bolts (12). Install guard (8). Connect hose assemblies (7), (10), and (11) .
Fill the radiator to the proper level.

Connect hose assemblies (5). Install clips (6) .

Install cover (3). Install bolts (4). Connect the grease hose assembly at the base of the boom.

Connect hose assemblies (1) .End By:
Install the air filter. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Filter - Install".
Install the stick. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Stick - Install".
