Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Attach a suitable lifting device to secondary steering diverter valve (1). The weight of the secondary steering diverter valve (1) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb).
Position secondary steering diverter valve (1) and install three bolts (9), the washers, and the spacers.
Connect electrical harness (8).
Connect hose assemblies (7) and (10).

Connect hose assembly (5) to secondary steering diverter valve (1).
Install elbow (6). Tighten four hose clamps (4).

Connect hose assembly (3) to secondary steering diverter valve (1).

Connect hose assembly (1) to secondary steering diverter valve (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure. End By:
Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install.".
