Name plate detail for 355-4097 Bank Valve Gp Note: Check the name plate details of 355-4097 Bank Valve Gp for the change level of the part number. If your valve has CH 01 after the part number, that means the valve has the 374-3604 Orifice and the below procedure is not required. If your valve does not have the CH 01 after the part number, then perform the below procedure to replace the orifice. Refer to Illustration 1 for the change level identification.

Ensure that the orifice is clean and ready to install.

Remove the pilot pressure port plug (1) with an 8 mm allen wrench and save the part.

Remove the check valve (2) inside the pilot pressure port using a T50 Torx bit and discard the part.Note: Unseat the check valve when inserting the Torx bit to engage enough material to remove the check valve.

Install the 374-3604 Orifice (3) with a 10 mm allen wrench and tighten to 25 5 N m (221 44 lb in).

Install the pilot pressure port plug (1) and tighten to 40 3 N m (30 2 lb ft). Use the part that was saved in Step 2.The above procedure is adaptable and effective with the machines that are listed in Table 1.
