PROBLEM
The rotator on certain 525C Wheel Skidders is potentially missing the pusher holes used to separate the rotator from the boom during maintenance.

Inspect the rotator to determine if the pusher holes are present. If the holes are missing, add the pusher holes to the rotator. Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.

If the rotator is missing the required pusher holes, an additional 7.5 hours will be allowed to install the holes.
PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Inspect the rotator to determine if the pusher holes are present. There should be four pusher holes through the rotator flange with a M20 - 2.5mm thread. If the holes are missing, remove the rotator from the boom and add the missing holes. The pusher holes should be located on the same bolt circle as the mounting holes and centered between adjacent holes. Refer to the images below.
