1U-5230 Hand Hydraulic Pump     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Position Tooling (A) between the frame and the flywheel housing. Raise the engine and install engine rear mount (12) and (11) .

Install engine rear mount (10). Install washer (9). Install bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 900 100 N m (663 74 lb ft).

Install engine rear mount (7). Install washer (6). Install bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 900 100 N m (663 74 lb ft).
Close the hood. Close engine access doors.

Position sheet (4). Install bolts (3) .
Position sheet (2). Install bolts (1) .End By: Install the engine bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, " Bottom Guard (Engine) - Install ".
