3. Remove the junction blocks (1) from each side of the machine. 4. Remove side covers (5) from each side of machine.5. Disconnect radiator upper hose (2), fan guards (4) and top cover (3) of radiator.6. Remove the six bolts that hold the fan and hub to the fan drive. Put the fan in the radiator guard. 7. Disconnect radiator lower hose and oil line (6) from radiator. 8. Install nuts on two 1/2" - 13 NC forged eyebolts. Install the eyebolts in the top of the radiator guard. Fasten a hoist to the eyebolts. Weight of radiator and radiator guard is 900 lb. (408.3 kg).9. Remove the bolts that hold the radiator guard to the frame and fenders.10. Remove the radiator and radiator guard from the machine.Install Radiator And Radiator Guard (Special Application & Direct Drive)
1. Install nuts on two 1/2" - 13 NC forged eyebolts. Install the eyebolts in the top of the radiator guard. Fasten a hoist to the eyebolts. Put the radiator and radiator guard in position on the fenders and frame. Weight of radiator and radiator guard is 900 lb. (408.3 kg).2. Install the bolts that hold the radiator guard to the fenders and frame. 3. Connect the radiator lower hose and oil line (1) to the radiator.4. Put the fan and hub in position on the fan drive and install the six bolts. 5. Install the fan guards (3), the top cover (2) for the radiator and the side plates (5).6. Connect the radiator upper hose (4). 7. Install the junction blocks (6) on the machine.8. Fill the cooling system with coolant to correct level. See LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE.9.
