start by: a) remove vibration damper and pulley 1. Use tool group (A) to remove crankshaft front seal.Install Crankshaft Front Seal
1. Install crankshaft front seal with tooling (A) as follows: a) Put clean engine oil on the lip of seal and on the outside diameter of the crankshaft.b) Put 8M8059 Loctite Sealant on the outside diameter of the seal.c) Put the seal in position on the crankshaft with the lip of the seal toward the oil being sealed. d) Put the seal installer ring (1) and push plate (2) in position on crankshaft.e) Install the bolt (3) and washer (4).f) Tighten bolt (3) until plate (2) makes contact with end of crankshaft.g) Remove tooling (A).end by: a) install vibration damper and pulley
