Remove guide (7) from head (1).
Remove piston (8) from head (1).
Remove bearing cup (10) from head (1).
Remove pin (9) from head (1).
Remove four O-ring seals (11) from head (1).

Remove bearing cone (12) from shaft (13).

Remove O-ring seal (16) from the pump housing.
Remove spacer (14) and barrel assembly (15) as a unit from the pump housing.

For assembly purposes, put marks on the pistons in order to install the pistons in original positions in the barrel and in the reaction plate.
Remove reaction plate (18) and the piston assemblies as a unit from barrel (19).
Remove pistons (17) from reaction plate (18).

Remove bearing (20) from barrel (19).

Do not remove the retaining ring until the spring force has been released. Failure to do so could result in personal injury or death. In order to prevent this, use a suitable press to hold the spring force while the retaining ring is removed. Slowly release the spring tension with the press after the retaining ring has been removed.
Use a suitable press in order to release the force of spring (23).
Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (21).
Carefully release the spring pressure.
Remove spring (23), spacer (22), and three pins (24) from barrel (19).

Remove swashplate (25) from pump housing (26).

Remove two plugs (27) from swashplate (25).

Remove two stop assemblies (28) from swashplate (25).
