Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision components of the pump or of the motor. All disassembly and all assembly procedures must be performed on a clean work surface and in a clean hydraulic area. Keep cleaned parts covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the O-ring seals, if necessary.

Position ball (33) and install seat (32). Install plugs (30) and (31). Tighten plugs (30) and (31) to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).

Position washer (24), shim (25), spring (26), and sleeve (27) on spool (23). Install bolt (29) on spool (23). Tighten bolt (29) to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in). Install shims (28) into sleeve (27) .

Install O-ring seal (21) onto sleeve (22). Install rod assembly (20) into sleeve (22) .

Install spring (17), spool assembly (18), and sleeve assembly (19) in body assembly (15). Repeat for control valve (16) .

Position cover assembly (14) and install bolts (13). Tighten bolts (13) to a torque of 12 1 N m (105 9 lb in).

Position lever (10) on plate (12) and install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of 31 3 N m (23 2 lb ft).

Install the holder (8), spring (7), and screw (5) into guide (9). Tighten screw (5) to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).
Tighten nut (6) against the guide (9). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 20 2 N m (15 2 lb ft).

Position lever assembly (4) and install pin (3). Install guide assemblies (2). Tighten guide assemblies (2) to a torque of 61 7 N m (45 5 lb ft).

Install rubber boot (1) .End By: Install the implement pilot valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Pilot Valve (Implement) - Install".
