Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Loosen six nuts (1) that secure connector bar (2) to the glow plugs.
Remove connector bar (2) .

Remove six glow plugs (3) from the cylinder head.Installation procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install six glow plugs (3) into the cylinder head. Tighten the glow plugs to a torque of 20 to 30 N m (15 to 22 lb ft).

Install connector bar (2) onto the six glow plugs.
Install six nuts (1) that secure connector bar (2) to the glow plugs. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 1.0 to 1.5 N m (9 to 13 lb in).
