PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1. Disassemble the sweeps from the machine. Remove the front brackets on top of the radiator guard. Refer to the disassembly and assembly manual, for your machine, for additional information. Refer to Image1.1.1.

2. Remove the four used 9S-5187 Mounts and replace them by new one (assembled in force using a hammer). Refer to Image1.2.1.

3. Install two new brackets on top of the radiator guard. Refer to Image1.3.1.

4. Assemble the sweeps on the machine using the hardware shown in Image1.4.1 for the bottom mounts and Image1.4.2 for the top mounts. Tighten the four 8C-8844 Bolts to a specified torque of 136 +/- 10 N.m.
