Remove the belt from the engine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect".

Remove two bolts (1) that are opposite each other. Install Tooling (A). Remove the remainder of bolts (1) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) .Installation Procedure

If the pulley was removed from the crankshaft vibration damper, the studs must be installed to a torque of 65 10 N m (48 7 lb ft) and the nuts tightened to a torque of 135 20 N m (100 15 lb ft).

Install Tooling (A) in the end of the crankshaft.
Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2). The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) on Tooling (A) .
Install bolts (1). Remove Tooling (A) and install remaining bolts (1) .
Install the belt on the engine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect".
