0S-1594 Bolt     Use the following bolt tightening sequence in order to tighten the clamp bolts:
Snug the clamp assembly to the tube.
Tighten the clamp assembly to the elbow.
Tighten the clamp assembly to the tube.
Tighten bolts to 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).    
3     1     8C-3446 Fluid Sampling Valve     Torque to
11 to 13 N m (97 to 115 lb in).

2     0S-1594 Bolt
0S-1571 Bolt     Use the following bolt tightening sequence in order to tighten the clamp bolts:
Snug the clamp assembly to the tube.
Tighten the clamp assembly to the elbow.
Tighten the clamp assembly to the tube.
Tighten bolts to
47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).    
6     4     1P-1367 Plunger     The bypass valve must move freely in the bore.
Start to open pressure is
230 20 kPa (33 3 psi).    
7     2     6V-5048 O-Ring Seal     Lubricate the bore lightly with the lubricant being sealed.    
8     4     7G-6713 Spring     Length under test force is
57.2 mm (2.25 inch).
Test force is
109 5 N (25 1 lb).
Free length after test is
99.7 mm (3.93 inch).
