Remove sampling valves (4) from housing (3).

Remove allen head bolts (5) and remove head assembly (6) from housing (3).

Remove O-ring seal (7) and (8) from head assembly (6). Remove port plate (10) from port block (6). Remove bearing (9) from head assembly (6).
Remove plug (11) and O-ring seal (12) from head assembly (6).

Remove rotating group (13) from the housing. Carefully retain the rotating assembly (13) in the housing. Turn rotating assembly (13) upside-down. Slowly lift the housing off rotating group (13).

Remove pistons (17) and plate (16) from barrel (14). Remove retaining ball (15).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press in order to compress spring (19) until the retaining ring (18) can be removed from barrel (14) with Tooling (B). Slowly release the pressure on the suitable press because of the spring pressure.
Remove barrel (14) from the suitable press. Remove spring (19), retaining disc (20), and pressure pins (21).

Remove plug assembly (22) and spool (23) from housing (3).
Remove plug assembly (24), spring (25), and spring retainer (26) from housing (3).

Remove plug (27) and O-ring seal (30) from housing (3). Remove plug (28) and O-ring seal (29) from housing (3).

Remove swashplate (31) from housing (3).
Remove swashplate bearings (32) from housing (3).

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove retaining ring (33) and (34) from housing (3).
Remove shaft assembly (35) from housing (3).
Remove seal retainer (40) from shaft assembly (35).
Remove O-ring seals (38) from seal retainer (40).
Remove seals (39) and (41) from seal retainer (40).
Remove retaining ring (37) from shaft assembly (35).
Remove bearing (36) from shaft assembly (35).
