Connect the steering frame lock.
Follow the recommended procedure for removal and installation of tires and or wheel assemblies.Ensure that the machine and tire and or wheel assembly are properly supported at all times.Improper procedures that are used to remove and install tires and or wheel assemblies can result in personal injury or death.
Lower the implement to the ground.

Place Tooling (B) in front of the rear tires and behind the rear tires, as shown.

Position Tooling (A) under the front frame, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) to raise the front of the machine until the tires are off the ground.
Lock Tooling (A) in position.

Typical Example
Attach a suitable lifting device to tire (1), as shown. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is approximately 1590 kg (3500 lb).
Remove the bolts (2) from the rim.Note: Do not damage the valve stem when the tire and the rim are removed.
Remove tire (1) and the rim as a unit.
Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.Installation Procedure
Install tire and rim (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft). Turn bolts (2) an additional 60° 5°.
