Information:

1. Drain the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic tank and drain the fuel from the fuel tank.2. Remove three bottom mounting bolts (1) for the hydraulic tank. 3. Disconnect three hydraulic hoses (2), (3) and (4) from the hydraulic tank. 4. Remove steel tubing (5) from the hydraulic tank.5. Fasten chains and a hoist to the hydraulic tank as shown.6. Remove bolts (6) and then remove hydraulic tank (7).7. Empty weight of the hydraulic tank is 350 Kg (700 lbs.). 8. Remove and inspect filter element (8).9. Remove the bolts that hold filter assembly to the hydraulic tank. Use tool (A) and remove hydraulic filter assembly (9) from the hydraulic tank. Weight of the filter assembly is 50 Kg (110 lb.). 10. Remove three bottom mounting bolts (10) for the fuel tank. 11. Disconnect four fuel lines (11), (12), (13) and (14) from the fuel filter. 12. Disconnect fuel level indicator wire (16).13. Remove two mounting bolts and then remove fuel level indicator (15). 14. Fasten chains and a hoist to the fuel tank as shown.15. Remove fuel tank (17). Weight of the fuel tank is 250 Kg (550 lb.). The following steps are for the installation of the hydraulic and fuel tank.16. Fasten chains and hoist to the fuel tank (17) and put it in position as shown.17. Install fuel level indicator (15) with the two mounting bolts that hold it.18. Connect the fuel level indicator wire (16) to the fuel level indicator.19. Connect fuel lines (11), (12), (13) and (14) to the fuel filter.20. Install three mounting bolts (10) for the fuel tank.21. Install hydraulic filter assembly (9) on the hydraulic tank with the bolts that hold it.22. Install a new filter element (8) if necessary.23. Fasten chains and a hoist to the hydraulic tank (7) and put it in position on the platform of the truck.24. Install bolts (6).25. Install steel tubing (5) from the hydraulic tank.26. Disconnect three hoses (2), (3) and (4) from the hydraulic tank.27. Install three bottom mounting bolts for the hydraulic tank.28. Fill the fuel tank with fuel and fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil to the correct level. See the MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
