Rev     A     2    Prepare the Machine for Calibration
Start the engine. Warm the hydraulic oil to a temperature of 60°C (140°F). When the hydraulic oil is at a temperature of 60°C (140°F), there will be two bars on the display for the hydraulic oil temperature.
Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Park the machine away from any obstacles.
Engage the parking brake.
Stop the engine.
Place chocks at the front of each belt and at the rear of each belt.
Turn off the air conditioner.
Move all of the implement control levers to the HOLD position.

While you hold the transmission control to the left, turn the engine start switch key to the ON position. However, do not start the engine.
After the dash panel completes the self test, release the transmission control.

Verify that the display for the transmission gear displays "CC" (1). The display should be steady.Note: If the "CC" is not displayed, turn the engine start switch key to the OFF position for ten seconds. Then, repeat Step 1 through Step 10. If a "d" is displayed in the top portion of the Electronic Monitoring Center, the transmission control lever was held too long.
Start the engine.
Exactly adjust the engine speed to 1200 rpm.Review the Current Settings

Pull up on the neutral lock button. Move the transmission control to the FORWARD position and then move the transmission control to the REVERSE position. "CC" should flash in the display. If "CC" does not appear repeat Step 1.
Momentarily, move the transmission control to the left and release the transmission control. The display for the transmission gear will display the following information:
F1 and a value
F2 and a value
R and a valueRecord the values for future reference.
Move the transmission control to the NEUTRAL position. "CC" should flash in the display.Calibrate the Reverse Direction Clutch

Pull up on the neutral lock button. Move the transmission control to the REVERSE position. "CC" should flash in the display.
Hold the transmission control to the right. "20" should flash in the display for approximately 20 seconds. The value will increase by one digit for each second. Release the transmission control when the value becomes steady. A steady value indicates that the reverse clutch is calibrated.
Move the transmission control to the NEUTRAL position. "CC" should flash in the display.Calibrate the F1 Direction Clutch
