Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Position implement valve (9) and install bolts (8).

Position pedal (7) and install bolts (6). Install pin (5).

Install rubber cover (4).

Connect five hose assemblies (3).

Position cover (2) and install bolts (1).

Remove Tooling (A) from the hydraulic tank. Check the hydraulic tank oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check". Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".
Install the cap for the hydraulic tank.
